Motivated collaboration

What customers say about this:
In a fun way Annet started working with our team. Some people on our team were suspicious, however, after two training evenings we as a team already noticed a big difference.
What do we notice? We judge each other less, we have more understanding of each other, and we use each other’s qualities more quickly. The result is that work is demonstrably done and transferred faster because everyone gets “to the point” faster. We find that everyone has and feels a higher level of responsibility for their work.
We are subconsciously/consciously working on it on a daily basis because we are given weekly tasks between training sessions that require us to keep our attention. This really contributes to the learning process.
‘Should you also want to work better together as a team, this is definitely recommended. After all, you don’t have to be sick to get better. ‘
