Bullying at work
One in five employees has to deal with undesirable behavior from colleagues or supervisors on occasion. This does not involve teasing, but includes, for example, scolding, intimidation, exclusion and withholding of important information (Source: CBS, TNO 2019).
Bullying at work is a serious problem that is still taboo. Victims lose pleasure in their work and become demotivated, function worse and struggle with psychological problems which can lead to long-term absenteeism.
But what are the risk factors in the organization that allow the bully to have his way? And what is the role of the supervisor? How should we respond; raise it or ignore it. Or do we make it worse? All questions addressed during the training.

Investment
The training is modular. Together with you, we determine in advance which themes will be treated and the training can vary in duration and difficulty. Think of a one-time workshop of 2 hours, where awareness is central. Or a training course of several half-days spread over a number of months, focusing not only on awareness but also on behavioral change.
Because participants work intensively between training days, much is asked of them.
