1. Understanding your own style
We start with a comprehensive intake and appropriate questionnaires. This gives you direct insight into your leadership style, behavioral patterns and where your strengths and growth potential lie.
2. Working on skills
In six personal sessions, you’ll work in a focused way on skills such as communication, self-reflection, decision-making and managing others. In doing so, we use principles from positive psychology – always practically applicable.
3. Applying and reflecting
What you learn, you immediately apply in practice. We take the time to reflect: what works for you, what can be done differently and how do you ensure that you become visible as a role model in your organization?
