Vision, mission and strategy

Mission

Evoli contributes to vital organisations. We do this by supporting management, teams and individual employees with our knowledge and expertise in psychology. Sustainable employability is an important theme here. Work ability, employability and vitality are factors we contribute to.

Using talents in work and promoting mental health, even when stagnating, are goals we work towards. For individual employees, work is an important part of life. It can contribute to experiencing meaning, wellbeing and happiness, but it can also make people sick and lead to absenteeism and disability. Healthy and happy functioning is therefore important; both for individual employees and the organisation as a whole.Evoli contributes to vital organisations. Vision

As company psychologists, we work at the intersection of work & health and explicitly involve work and the work system in the treatment and counselling of psychological complaints. In individual trajectories, we pay attention to both individual and work factors. We look at the individual’s capacities and the workload. We actively involve the manager in order to optimise the work factors for the client in question as far as possible. Tailor-made, taking into account the phase in the reintegration process, individual and organisational needs. Our knowledge of work in relation to health is our strength and what distinguishes us in the field of psychologists.

In doing so, we at Evoli work from the vision of positive and constructive/solution-oriented psychology. We work on employability and strengthening self-regulating and self-managing capabilities of organisations and employees. Our support is temporary. Based on the idea “what you give attention to grows”, we choose to focus on talents, qualities and skills and the desired future. We work constructively, strengthening the initiative of employees and paying attention to both the capacity of the employee and the burden from the (work) environment. Interventions from positive and constructive/solution-oriented psychology lend themselves perfectly to this.

Strategy

Focus on topics such as confidence in one’s own effectiveness, hope, optimism, resilience, commitment and self-direction strengthen the ability to cope with change, uncertainty and work stress and contribute to sustainable employability (Based on Luthans, Youssef, & Avolio (2007) and Avey, Luthans, Smith & Palmer (2010), among others).

Of course, these interventions from positive and constructive/solution-oriented psychology can be combined with other methods and techniques, if desired and helpful. Individual trajectories have a clear focus: the ultimate goal remains supporting well-being and functioning in work.

This means that during our activating, personal and environmental counselling programmes, we also ensure well-supported reintegration into our own work. If your own work is no longer suitable, we will discuss with you how to proceed.

‘I felt there was time and calm to discuss everything. It helped me sort things out.’
