Methodology

Everyone registered with us takes online tests prior to the intake, so that there is a clear picture of the person’s background and learning goals from the first contact. The tests measure psychological complaints, lifestyle elements, stress resistance at work, communication styles, competence or talent profile. After the testing and intake phase, a plan of action is written with an offer. When organisation and employee agree, the process can start.

Vitality and absenteeism

If the tests and intake show that complaints are in the foreground, curative intervention is suggested. In the curative field, we can move quickly because we do not have to deal with health insurance procedures and have no waiting list. We are able to treat burn-out issues, possibly combined with feelings of anxiety or depression. When a person’s problem requires a long-term more intensive intervention than what we can offer, we refer immediately.

Talent development

When the focus of a programme is on talent development and/or career guidance, we have a wide range of coaching and training methods at our disposal to provide tailor-made solutions for each person. Examples include communication training, assertiveness, time management or working on management skills.

Combination

Combined pathways, part curative, part talent development are also possible, due to the personal tailor-made nature of our approach.

Eindrapportage

It is possible to conclude with a final interview between psychologist, manager and employee. The final report describes the results of the programme in relation to the goals set at the start. The agreements made during the final interview are also recorded.

‘I found the conversations very pleasant. There was a confidential rapport where I felt at ease.’
